Demolition went well, but unfortunately part of Bedford's history was taken from the fenced-in site on Wednesday night after the demolition.
We encourage anyone with information as to the whereabouts of the "Moxie" sign (see picture on construction pics page) to call 781-492-2743.
There is a $100 reward for the safe return of the 6'x6' "Moxie" sign.

August 13 - The construction fence went up this week and block demolition should start on Tuesday (8/16) at High Noon. (We hope, nothing is written in stone, unfortunately!)
August 12 - Demolition scheduled to begin Monday August 15 or more likely on Tuesday August 16.
August 4 - National Grid has shut off the gas, the site is being prepped for demolition, the building inspector, board of health, & DPW did a walk through yesterday & demo permit is just days away from being issued. Once that is done & construction fencing goes up the building can come down.
